have you checked the "check my visa application status" link? Does it say "At NVC"? If it does you likely have approval (CC).

I can't believe it, I have CC. Just checked and it says At NVC. This is funny bcz at 8PM operator said my papers haven't been reviewed yet!

 congratulations

Please all, I am a bit confused, my wife is a US citizen and filing for me, we are now at the nvc stage paid our AOS and Visa bills, now we are trying to gather all documents. My wife hasn't filed for tax transcript for 2017, she worked just few months for 2017, can she use her tax transcript for 2016,15 and 14 then? Please your answers will be highly helpful.

Checked the status on NVC & got this. My second scan date is 01/22. What does this mean? Did I get another checklist? 🙄

No, it will always show this message until CC.

Yes she can. Many people haven't filed 2017 taxes yet.  She will still need to file her 2017 tax even though she's only worked for a few months and you will take it to your visa interview

thanks Natta. My other question is, her tax transcript for 2016 is not up to the poverty guidelines but when her 3 years transcript is added up, then it's more than the required. Can we add up the 3 years transcript or they only need the last year's? Thanks.

If her income in 2016 or 2017 was not above poverty level for her household than she must get co sponsor for you. She can not combine income for last three years to meet poverty guidelines.

I'm so frustrated! Got NOA1 11/15 from TSC. They didn't send our case to NVC until 12/26. NVC received it 1/8 & we STILL don't have a case #! Called today & they said their system has been down, but I should be receiving an email shortly. They told me "shortly" two weeks ago! I just want to start this part of the process already...it's been almost 3 months since approval! Sorry, just had to vent lol

O wow. There is someone in the boat as me. We have the same date. Mine was sent on the 8th Jan. They are telling me the same. Hope we get it soon. It’s so frustrating. Which embassy are you? Keep me updated.
