I was told that they are awaiting review. I am not exactly sure what the difference between two is!

I just called, my case has not yet been reviewed. But he said they take the files, put it in a bucket and each agent pulls from that bucket. So I guess it boils down to how slow or how fast an agent work. Or the order in which the files are placed in the bucket, they might make a mistake and place them in wrong order I dont know.

How long does it takes for cc from review date (not sd date)?

From what I have heard here on VJ, if your file is sitting on someone's desk for review than you should hear something within a week.

Quick question...I just checked on NVC website and my AOS packet and fee area where it used to say "paid" is gone... the entire bracket is gone... the only bracket left is my IV packet and it still says "paid"... what could this mean

I just saw that my case has been sent to NVC. May I know, once NVC sends me the welcome letter/invoice numbers, how much time do I have to submit the AOS and DS-260? i.e, is there a deadline by which I have to submit AOS & DS-260?

Im asking because I need some time to gather my documents. Also, my spouse is waiting for confirmation of a new job, which we will only know in March. So im wondering how much time I have.

have you checked the "check my visa application status" link? Does it say "At NVC"? If it does you likely have approval (CC).

https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx you can also check you case status on this link. If it says at NVC then you have CC

Oh, sorry, I suppose I didn’t make myself clear. What I mean is: is there a deadline by which I need to submit AOS? For eg, do I need to submit AOS and DS-260 within 1month/ 3 months, etc of receiving the welcome letter from NVC

Do do I need to submit AOS immediately after receiving welcome letter?

Thanks!
