Actually sometimes nvc lost documents so when send any document please write your case number on top right corner  of documents

yeah thats the thing is that I had labels printed with our names and case number, and color coded to match finances, biographical information, etc. like I spent hours organizing it. Which is why this is a crushing blow

I received a checklist on January 9th they said my i864 did not have the date on it, so I requested a supervisor review that original form  because I know I dated it  November  25th  2017. And I send a new i864 and got a second SD January 17th. I called to find out the status of both petitions and found out they both went into the reviewed department a day apart one on the 5th the other on the 6th. At this point it really doesn't make a difference because I will likely find out the result of both at the same time

I called again this morning, the rep I spoke to was nicer than yesterday's, he told me that additional documents I submitted on Jan 17th are still waiting to be reviewed!

question regarding AOS tax documents. Since the 2017 tax season just started, haven't filed 2017 tax yet. Is it ok to submit 2016 tax transcript as the latest? and send the w2 for 2017 ?
People who are preparing their AOS packet currently what you guys including in your documents?

I sent mine in last week and used 2016 as the latest, you're not required to include 2017 until taxes are actually due on April 17th
