My tracking number says it was sent to NVC on 1/26, do they change again the status on the app when NVC received it?, or do I need to keep calling until they get my case?

No it doesn’t change. You can either callor wait for them to send you the welcome letter/email.

No not three weeks maybe about 5 days I remember helping my cousin with this and it took us only a few days to pay the IV fee

No they don't change it on the app. I'd try calling today, it's likely they have received yours by now and it's nice to have that confirmation they received it and to get a better idea on when you might get the case number.

What is the current processing time in NVC? I sent I864 last week.

I am starting to feel very discouraged. My scan date is December 18, and I have called everyday and it is still not in review. 

I am obviously happy for everyone to be getting CC, but I see many that are after my scan date being closed. I am nervous if there may be something wrong with my case or if possibly lost.

We were married last March and were hoping to celebrate our one year anniversary together here in the states, but that doesn't look like it will be possible. It is extremely disheartening.

 

Are there any other scan dates around December 18th that also haven't heard anything?

Our SD is 12-1-17 so you are not the only December!!!! So frustrating.  We are at 10 weeks this Friday.

Hey don't get discouraged. I know the feeling because the same thing happened to me. People with SDs even 2-3 weeks later than me were getting CCs and I was calling everyday and nothing. I thought maybe there's something wrong... My SD is 12.06.17 and I received a CC 01.31.18

They say they go in order but it's not true because we see here all the time... Just keep checking...

....But trust they do NOT go in perfect order. Happened to me and I didn't even get a checklist. Good luck!

And it bothers me more now that I can’t check the status online because the page has problems 😤😣😓
