In the portal of Dom Rep you can calculate with the timelines of the people who are waiting for your interview or who have already been interviewed so that you have an approximate time.

Hey! For all my Mumbai people and anyone else (not sure if the rules are the same?) for the biometrics appointment- Are you expected to take the email from NVC to your appointment? Because on the list of documents to bring that they provide it just says appointment letter, passport and DS260 confirmation. 

 

We haven’t got the email yet but I managed to get an appointment so I was wondering...

For a Visa Application Center (VAC) appointment
A valid passport
VAC appointment letter
DS 260 confirmation page

where does he live,

when did you get married.

 

interview  lady was from same town as mine also lol.. here in states.

 

told to pick up passport after 2 days from pickup selected.

I'm still waiting for my "case complete", but I would like to know after how many weeks your case was completed. Also, while talking over the phone, did the represantive mentioned exactly which date was your interview scheduled? Was it today, the 31st?

My case was completed exactly at 11 weeks. NVC received my supporting documents on Nov. 9th and my case was completed at January 25th. 

Yes, today my interview was scheduled. However, I still had not received an email or seen any change when I checked my status at CEAC. In my opinion, the most reliable way to know any news about your case is by calling NVC. Good luck!!!
