I got mine in 3weeks after the second scan date..just hold on dear...you're almost there..

I got a CC already,waiting for interview date...

Not sure how long it will take for CC after second SD.  I got a check list after I got CC but  NVC send an email to me a week after CC that I am in queue for interview. It's exactly three weeks today since I got CC no interview date yet. I am having interview in Lagos as well.

Bad news folk! Just called NVC and the rep said they have already done their interview scheduling for the month of February. She said they do their scheduling last and first week of the the month.  So she said the only chance of getting interview date in the middle of the month will be if a spot open up at the embassy other than that it will be end of February/early March for next scheduling. My CC was exactly 3 weeks today still waiting.

Already done scheduling for February or march? Are they scheduling now for march or not?

I was told they  have already scheduled for March.  So next hope will be April

Hello guys, 

 

I am still awaiting CC at NVC but looking forward to things to bring to interview I just realized that my (petitioner) passport will expire on March 10, 2018. My wife is asked to bring copy of my passport but her interview won't be till April or even May, so my question is that is it okay if she brings my expired passport copy to her visa interview? She will also have my naturalization certificate to show US citizenship. 

 

Also for tax documents, are IRS transcripts with W2 statements from IRS enough or does she need to bring actual W2s that I receive from my employers?

I flew to Pakistan and arrived yesterday from Los Angeles... Long flight but i am stoked for the interview 

 

organizing all the paperwork, pictures etc + preparing for all kind of possible questions + doing mock interview with my wife

 

Interview in 4 days ...
