NOA2 STILL WAITING

Hello everyone i received my NOA1 and its been like 6  weeks now and still waiting for my NOA2 to be signed an invoice number but no luck I have been calling both uscis and NVC but they just keep telling me the same thing what can i do

NOA2 takes 6 months to receive, I wish it took 6 weeks to get the I130 approved but it takes few months.

first of all your receipt document says "do not call USCIS"  they will let you know if something is needed

and you need to get some patience 

this may take 6 months or longer depending on the country you are dealing with

the whole process is now taking over a year

all you can do now is wait and pray

Your timeline shows you got your NOA2 on Jan 18th 2018??

Looking at your profile, it seems you received your NOA2 already. So, do you mean that your case is being sent to the NVC and that you are waiting for a case number to be assigned and it hasn't happened yet?

yes im waiting on a invoice # i actually called today to uscis and they told me they just send it   yesterday to the nvc

Okay, your original post was a little confusing because you said you were still waiting for your NOA2. I'm glad it's sorted and you're on your way to the next step

feb 27th 2018 will make it 365days i av been waiting for my NOA2 dats in 3 weeks.... i guess its becos im from west Africa.. we are always been marginalized, Nigerians especially

okay so i just look on uscis to check my status and it say that on jan 31 my case has been sent to the Department of state . Does anyone what do i do next am i suppose to wait for another letter

Sorry to hear it's taking so long my NoA2 took 8 months and everytime i called they said they were waiting for background checks and I think  member Sundee from Ghana took 12 months as well.hopefully it will come soon .

Sorry to comment on an older post but I'm wondering if you got your NOA2 yet as your timeline is not updated. We're also still waiting for NOA2 or even RFE, it's been over a year as well.

Yes i got my  NOA2  Im just waiting for interview date
