Yesterday president Donald Trump said he is working with congresss to sign a new immigration reform that will deny access to chain migration. He said the ones they will be a priority will be spouse and under age children . I wonder and I’m sure others are wondering too if this immigration reform might kick in anytime soon and if it will affect k1 visas and waivers .

Nope. K1 is non-immigrant and would categorize as spouse at the time of AOS.

what is age bracket, underage children?
