I traveled to visit my fiancee in the middle of November 2017, and  I have the stamp from Heathrow in my passport.  I changed my  name last week, and am now going to require a new passport.  Am I correct in assuming that it will be okay to have a complete scan of the passport used during my trip as evidence of meeting and a complete scan of my new passport as evidence of US citizenship (instead of birth certificate)?  If so, would the best plan be in the table of contents, clearly label them sectioned off by tabs as "Passport Used During November 2017 Visit" and "Currently Valid Passport"? I want to make sure that my first submitting of the 129f is my only one! Thanks.
