Hello

I have a problem here. In America the name format is (First name) (Middle name) (Last name).

In my country there is no denomination.

My mother's name is only two names, like Jane Doe. With no middle name. Do I leave blank or N/A?

My father's name is worse. It goes somewhere around Michael Bob S/O Doe. How do I format his name? Michael Bob as first, S/O as middle and Doe as last? Or Michael as first, Bob S/O as middle, and Doe as last?

If no middle name, then you can't really write anything, so leaving that blank might be fine, I suppose N/A is good if you want to be extra careful. There are plenty of people who don't have middle names.
I'd probably do Michael | Bob S/O | Doe; in the end it's probably more about getting it all in the boxes.

If you have their birth certificates, that might help. The way it's shown in their passport would probably be the best example, as that's likely what someone would be shown if they asked for evidence to back up your claim (although I doubt they will be really curious about your parents' names).
