Congratulations to the approvals and to those with EAD's in hand and interview dates. Good luck of course for the interviews!

Following in BB's footsteps (:-)) we've set an infopass for 25 July to see where is our file and what is going on. Granted, other LA filers seem to also be waiting for interviews, but I just want to know if our file is back in town, still in MSC, etc etc. Whatever we can get... and to see when my EAD will come through, no touches on it since 10 June and we are quickly reaching the 90 day mark.

I'm waiting to see how the surge in applications pre-the hike in fees will affect us in terms of interview dates, general processing and of course the whole FBI name-check backlog...

FYI - I noticed that My interview letter states that our "priority date" is still May 20 so apparently the RFE did not affect the AOS processing dates (it did not "start over" as a previous email indicated). Something potentially positive for others that received RFEs.

Started our visa journey applying for K-1: Oct 11, 2006

Interview at CDJ, K-1 visa granted: Feb 13, 2007

Married: Apr 13 2007

AOS approved: Aug 29, 2007

I-751 Lifting Conditions approved: Aug 8, 2009

Our EAD production was ordered right on day 72. We just got it in the mail yesterday. Don't worry just yet.

4/25 - overnighted packet to Chicago (130, 485, 765, 131)

5/01 - NOA date

5/18 - RFE received for 485

5/19 - biometrics appointment

5/21 - overnighted RFE documentation to Missouri

5/24 - notification that response to RFE received

6/14 - changed address on-line, then called

6/18 - mailed I-865

6/19 - all touched

6/20 - all touched

7/06 - notification AP and EAD approved

7/16 - AP letter and EAD card received

9/23 - AOS Interview letter received for 10/29
