I feel like got rid of big monkey on my back. Lol.

I never got any touch, since I got transfered to California. I was just looking for touch. I never got anything like they say before FBI namecheks - your case is on final processing or something.

Even some say you cant assume things, I think you can. With all taxes mess, our case was very easy, there is no child involved or anything, and I am from small, peaceful EU country with extremely rare surname and no crime records. I wonder they almost didnt had any prove about relationship, but seems they were ok, if they would suspect fraud they wouldn't let us so easy.

No touches here but we're going to the appointment next week - so it'll be ok. I'm tempted to call and inquire if my message was relayed, but I don't know if it'll do much good. I can ask next week.

Thank you! I know there's not much difference between 'transferred to CSC' and 'pending at CSC', but it's good to know they haven't lost the damned thing en route!

And I hope you can get this whole EAD thing sorted out when you go to the Infopass. Fingers crossed you get a reasonable person who will take the initiative to get things fixed for you - surely it shouldn't be that big a deal, you just need to get someone who WANTS to help, rather than the all-too-usual unhelpful USCIS-robot! Have my fingers crossed for you... oh, and while you're there, I take it you're going to ask whether they can see where your file is right now? Sounds like nobody ever finds out they've been transferred to their local office until an interview letter appears in the mailbox, but maybe an Infopass person would be able to see if your husband's file's sitting at your local office, waiting for him to be assigned an interview date?

I'm taking everything with us and will ask all that I need to. I'm going to take advantage of my time there. Especially since you have to wait for an appointment...

And if Orlando is truly as slow as statistics show maybe they can tell us something. It doesn't hurt to be SUPER polite - you often can get more information .

I like how when you sign onto the USCIS website to make an infopass appointment this is an option:

It has been more than 90 days since you filed an I-765 and you did not receive an Employment Authorization Card.

ok I am wondering....what flags you to be either interviewed or sent to CSC without an interview?? I don't get it... I have been trying to find other people that are being interviewed but most of the people have been going to CSC then approved without an interview... ?????

Actually I don't get it too. Before I looked up and tried to figure out from what country or what cases get interviews or transfered, but it doesn't make any sense. Maybe they have some sorting system what we have no clue about.
