It's good to see all the updates in this thread. We apparently did something stupid in our original submission. We forgot to sign the I-130 form. :wacko: We've been constantly checking our internet banking to see if our checks had been cashed since most of you already have yours cashed.

So this morning, my husband left for work. But not 5 minutes later he came in and had an envelope with him. It's our application with 3 Rejection Notice NOAs (AOS/EAD/130). We kinda freaked out. But apparently my husband didn't sign the 130 form and we both missed it. So he signed it, and I put back all the application in a new envelope and mailed it express at the post office. It's suppose to get there by noon tomorrow, and hopefully we didn't miss anything this time.

So yeah, don't forget to sign the form!! :)

had my immunization info transferred in I-693a thank God!

May 11, 2007-AOS mailed

May 13, 2007- item was delivered in CHICAGO IL

May 16, 2007- AOS/EAD NOA recieved

June 2, 2007- Biometrics Appointment Date

June 21,2007-AOS transferred to California Service Center

July 10, 2007-I-485 Card production Ordered

July 11, 2007-Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

July 13, 2007-Approval notice sent- I-485

July 19, 2007- Green Card Arrived! Wooohooo!

July 24, 2007- I passed my driving written test!

August 22, 2007 Passed my road test and started my work!

April 2009- Removing Conditions Applied

September 11 -got my 10 Year green card! yahooo!

December 2010- Apply for Citizenship

We were able to check our case status online today for both AOS and EAD! Signed up for email updates, ect. So here is the May filers update with our NOA1 date added.

I was going to try and fix the font, but although I chose courier new the items didn't line up when pasted into a post, both for size 14 and size 16... Oopsy! :blush:

No updates from us, still waiting for Biometrics. Although we did go out and get Harry a state ID yesterday, along with register him for college and get him put on bank accounts and such. Just reposting the last list. It should work as long as you make sure that when you paste it into the window, you highlight it, and then select font ---- courier new. It should add little font tags infront of, and behind the listing of people.

I have the summers off - so I'm looking forward to having more free time w/ my baby.
