Stoopid website. My guess (just a guess, mind you) is that you're due for your status to change to 'pending at CSC' any day now (me too, hopefully!) - hopefully that info will actually make it onto the website! Any touches or anything, or nothing since you got the transfer letter?

I want touches, I want touches!! :blush:

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

Hey Mephys, I wouldn't worry! My case took 12 days between getting the 'transfer' e-mail to when I got the 'pending' e-mail. I believe most people wait around 15 days or so. I wouldn't worry just yet ;).

Plus, you know CSC's having some problems with their systems anyway, so it might be delayed due to that.

Actually I came to the US on an L1 visa, I met my wife while working for a European company here in the US. We were married last August but because my L1 is valid until March 2008 I didn't need to file immediately. So far the AOS process has been frustrating but its happened faster than I expected. Lets hope it stay's this way!

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS that was transferred to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location is now pending there. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done, counting from when USCIS received it. This case is at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location.

I finally got it :P:dancing::dancing::dancing:

I can now spend a good week-end with my family without checking their website every couple hours....

Congratulations on the interview date!!!

Someone tell me im worried for no reasons please, I know letters ( NOA) are more official than website updates but since there is no change in my status im starting to wonder if they really transfered my case to CSC....... :wacko:
