Ok so NOW I get an email. I had a moment of panic/ excitement thinking it was something serious. But they were just letting me know they actually received the RFE info and my case is back to being processed, still at National Center.

I really hope what I sent is acceptable.

Is it true what the RFE letter says about EAD 90 days starting over with RFE?? I feel so behind :crying: But Arazia you give all us RFEers hope!

I think they just say that whole thing about the 90 days to cover their butts. I've seen people get EAD's approved right after turning in RFEs and such. I'm sure you'll be fine.

Don't worry about that. I had a RFE with the same "90 days from the RFE response" and my EAD card was delivered in record time! With no problems or delays! Just send the RFE response ASAP and keep positive!

Just got back from my biometrics appointment a little while ago. All went fine, although the photo the guy took of me was AWFUL. Everyone was very nice and friendly there, though, and I was in and out of the place pretty quickly.

Now I'm going to be looking out for touches... good luck to everyone! (And congrats again to Arazia & Buxton Babe, who don't need much luck at this point, except I suppose of the 'hope the green cards arrive quickly' variety!) :)

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

I AM happy for everyone and their touches... :)

However, I'm frustrated that we haven't been transferred) or even touched since biometrics.

We mailed out my husband's paperwork on May 1st.

I wish that we knew something... :clock::cry:

Bora Bora I know... must be so frustrating but keep positive mind and maybe try to make a Infopass. I know that for some people is pointless or useless but maybe they give you a little light that your case is running ok.

I believe that your "delay" is just because Orlando is very busy, remember the graphic and Orlando is one of the most busy office in US. At the end I'm sure you will be fine.

@lucky-star: How is your baby :) ?

Yes! Please tell us :) I see at the bottom of your signature that you had some trouble during labour? I hope all is well!

Jashley820, and Silke,

thank you for pay attention ...

my baby is doing really well...but i don't know...if i can tell my story in this forum...but i try to make short...and i hope everyone don't mind to read this..

this case is really rare...and i hope it make better understanding abt AFE (Amniotic Fluid Embolism)

06-05-07 : I was dilated 5 and they put me in epidural and enduce me...and then my water broke, then suddenly..i couldn't breathe...and start what happened ...they call this: AFE (amniotic fluid embolism), the amniotic fluid run into my lung and my blood system, and make my blood won't clutch..they did emerge c-section to my baby, but unfortunately because they in rush, the baby felt to the floor, when they trying to cut the cord (the cord was around my baby's neck), and she wasn't breathing about 7 minutes, finally she's fine, and stay in ICU for 2 days, to know if something happened to my baby, but everything came back normal.

And because my blood won't clutch, they took my uterus and took 5 hours surgery, and they give me transfution about 28 units, i was uncounsious, and i was in breathing machine for 2 days..till finally i'm back to live, pull out the breathing machine (its kinda hurt though :)), and 4 days after that happened i was home with my baby, everything turn well...:)

Thank God for everything i've been through...i never thought that i'm gonna have this really rare case...but anything can happened...

We just really lucky to be alive...and God always be with me...and give me strengh and believe in miracle

*For all of the peoples have touches and get interview date ....congrats for all of you..

God Bless you guyz...
