Yes, use your new name (married name) for the G-325A and I-765 etc. AOS/EAD forms. :thumbs:

It is such a tiny step, but I did confirm online that our packet was received in Chicago on 5/7/07 @ 7:04 am... We sent it in 5/5/07. Hopefully this can give my :innocent: honey a little peace of mind. (F)

had my immunization info transferred in I-693a thank God!

May 11, 2007-AOS mailed

May 13, 2007- item was delivered in CHICAGO IL

May 16, 2007- AOS/EAD NOA recieved

June 2, 2007- Biometrics Appointment Date

June 21,2007-AOS transferred to California Service Center

July 10, 2007-I-485 Card production Ordered

July 11, 2007-Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

July 13, 2007-Approval notice sent- I-485

July 19, 2007- Green Card Arrived! Wooohooo!

July 24, 2007- I passed my driving written test!

August 22, 2007 Passed my road test and started my work!

April 2009- Removing Conditions Applied

September 11 -got my 10 Year green card! yahooo!

December 2010- Apply for Citizenship

I think it depends on how you send it. For instance, I sent it through USPS (US Postal Service) with delivery confirmation. It gave me an ID number I could look up on the USPS website which told me when it was delivered. Some others use signature confirmation, which works much the same way, but requires a signature to prove it was accepted.

If you didn't get some sort of tracking on the package, then you'll probably just have to wait for the NOA1.

Updated again, since we had a few changes just today. I also added a column for 'transfers' which will be the date that any files get transfered to CSC. Yes, there's a thread solely for that, and people should use it if they get transferred, but it's a nice informational thing for the rest of us, as well.

You need a tracking number to check on the status of your package...if you don't have a tracking number you will probably have to wait for your checks to be cashed or your NOA1 to arrive

We received our letter for my hubby's biometrics - it was in today's mail!! :dance::dance:

Our appt is in Orlando - 2 weeks from tomorrow at 10 a.m.

It is for both AOS and EAD.

This is exciting! We didn't receive an RFE - and I hope we don't!
