My AOS was touched within the last hour. :blink:

It was transferred on Friday, but it couldn't be at California that quickly, right?

Anyways, hubbie got to school okay and is in class now. I feel better knowing he got there okay and such.

Hey Arazia- my AOS was touched the business day after it said it was transfered. I think it's normal!

Also, I looked at other CSC transferee timelines, and the 'pending' e-mail can come anywhere between 15 - 30 days after the date that they transfer you. Some don't get an e-mail at all, but I've noticed that most of the April/May transfers are getting prompt pending e-mails!

Like Buxton Babe and Jashley, my I-485 and I-765 were touched YESTERDAY, 10 June, Sunday!!! While I was enjoying myself at to Ozomatli free concert in downtown LA! Maybe all thre of us have the same person working on our files - an eager beaver who comes in on weekends to catch up, or a real slow ### who is deeply backlogged and was forced to come in on a Sunday!! No email updating me or change in status though...

Yeah, no change in status for me either. I am going to be positive and think that it's an eager beaver doing our files- and they'll approve our cases ASAP! :)

We got a touch today for our EP and AOS. We just finished our biometrics appointment so I guess that is what that is...

We also welcomed our little girl into the world on May 31st! (So its very hard for me to keep 100% updated... sleep is very rare and very precious right now. lol.)

I'll take the path full of hope along with you! It's so odd because on Sat and Sundays I just assume no touches will occur so they're like my "free days" when I don't think about the paperwork --- and now my universe has been turned upside down!! (just kidding, kind off...)

Actually I should update my timeline with the touches listed because I'm forgetting when I've actually been touched!

I'm going to remain positive today --- can't go to the gym because we went on a long hike yesterday morning and with the dancing at the concert, my poor (old) body is exhausted! But, I can bake a cake, think about possible fathers day gifts (for my dad and my hubby's dad) and work on my resume (ha!!) And if this results in a dreaded RFE, so be it - what is that saying, fear is worse than what is actually being feared????

For whatever it is worth, we got touched today! :thumbs: Three days after our initial touch, which was the day after our biometrics appointment.

The status message remains the same, and no email, so don't know if we are on our way to California or not... Hope so! :D

WOOT!!! that was fast..Congratulations!!

I hadn't checked my case on the uscis site for a week now (since I thought I wouldn't get any touches until after the bio appointment on June 22). So when I checked my case tonight, I was surprised to see that my I130 and EAD got touched on June 6 (but no touch for AOS). I hope they are good touches and not RFE or anything bad. :unsure:
