dont have touches too.... :whistle:

Did you get a touch after your biometrics? Should have, either the same day or day after. We got one the day after, nothing since... I have only checked USCIS 4 times today... :blink:

Realistically it seems to take a week to two weeks for further action after biometrics.

I did not get a touch the day after. I was touched the day of biometrics but BEFORE we even went to the appointment so if they touched that day I wouldn't know because the date would be the same. :(

My I-485 appears to have been touched this morning... hmmmm. :unsure:

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

06-28-07 Green card arrived in mail

April 2009 Filed for removal of conditions.
May 09 2007 Biometrics
Aug 31st Congratulations letter, no interview needed
Sept 21st 2009. New green card with conditions removed arrived.

N400 Status
07/26/10 N400 mailed via UPS. Three year rule
08/03/10. Check cashed.
08/06/10 NOA letter received, but "Request for evidence" showing on the status website.
08/08/10 NOA #2. Biometrics appointment letter. Scheduled for 08/31/10
08/09/10 Biometrics completed. Walk in.
11/01/10 Touched. Transferred to local (Tampa) office
12/06/10 Interview . Passed
01/11/11 Oath ceremony

People who got W2 + 1099 RFE - did you initially send tax returns or tax transcripts?

Tax returns.

Everything the same as we sent in first time.

You are not first not last in this boat. Many got exactly the same RFE - about w-2 and 1099.

Thanks to everybody! I'm thinking one thing... Maybe any relation between EAD and AP? both was touched same day after my emergency AP approved... is strange but maybe they have any relation inside the USCIS process... I don't know.

Anyway I really need that EAD, I can't stay more time in the house without work. I study all my life (two college degrees) and I feel some frustration to stay all day in my house just browsing internet, reading and doing home works.

My AOS was touched within the last hour. :blink:

It was transferred on Friday, but it couldn't be at California that quickly, right?

Anyways, hubbie got to school okay and is in class now. I feel better knowing he got there okay and such.

Congrats!! That is great news. My husband is sick and tired of staying home too.

We haven't had a touch since the day after biometrics - I'm beginning to think it's pointless to even check the website anymore. It's been almost 2 weeks.

11/2004 - Met in Brazil

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil
