People who got W2 + 1099 RFE - did you initially send tax returns or tax transcripts?

I sent the entire tax return. Signed by the accountant. I am self employed so maybe that has something to do with it. Also, I sent in the property taxes and county appraisal for my home which has no mortgage and is worth 17x over the required income. I can't figure why these folks would bother me for more paper work but it appears they want these w-2,s and 1099,s.

I'm sorry you have to deal with RFEs when you already sent the tax return. You're not the only one either - makes no sense. I sent the entire tax return from the accountant and had no problems - there is no rhyme and reason.

had my immunization info transferred in I-693a thank God!

May 11, 2007-AOS mailed

May 13, 2007- item was delivered in CHICAGO IL

May 16, 2007- AOS/EAD NOA recieved

June 2, 2007- Biometrics Appointment Date

June 21,2007-AOS transferred to California Service Center

July 10, 2007-I-485 Card production Ordered

July 11, 2007-Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

July 13, 2007-Approval notice sent- I-485

July 19, 2007- Green Card Arrived! Wooohooo!

July 24, 2007- I passed my driving written test!

August 22, 2007 Passed my road test and started my work!

April 2009- Removing Conditions Applied

September 11 -got my 10 Year green card! yahooo!

December 2010- Apply for Citizenship

Thanks, I even had my lawyer send in the paperwork, I think he was surprised too. Oh well, another bridge to cross. I've noticed its happened to others too.

Did you get a touch after your biometrics? Should have, either the same day or day after. We got one the day after, nothing since... I have only checked USCIS 4 times today... :blink:

Realistically it seems to take a week to two weeks for further action after biometrics.

I read on another website a post by a girl who also received an RFE for W2s and she sent them in originally. She is also a May filer. This is frustrating.

OMG that's nuts! I hope the person driving was OK! There's so many deer in our area, I have no idea how there are not more accidents! Good luck with getting rid of it. I am sure the police would do something about it if you called their reception desk, or perhaps Animal Control.

I sent tax returns, but I think my problem was that I forgot my 1099-INTs for my bank accounts and my certificates of deposit.

Today is the husband's first day at college. He has just one afternoon class. After making a spectacular crash on his bike and ending up all hurt last month when we first got the bike... I'm obviously a little nervous about him getting there and back on the thing. Oh well, fingers crossed.

That is the column for the date an application was transferred to CSC (California Service Center). Generally, cases transferred there get approved without an interview, although from looking at timelines, it seems to take a bit longer at CSC than it does if you go through the interview process. There is also a CSC transfers thread for all the people who got their cases transferred.
