Happy Birthday, Jashley820!! :dance:

Thanks! My husband got me a new mountain bike for my birthday, and we just went on a 20 mile bike ride!! We got caught in a thunderstorm, it was soooo cool!

!!!! :o That storm (if you got caught in the same one that was storming away above here about an hour ago) was pretty impressive - not sure I'd like to have been out cycling in it! But yay for getting a mountain bike for your birthday (I sold my bike before I moved over here, and can't wait to get a new one!), and happy birthday!! :dance:

Yep that was the one! We were on the 50-mile bike trail that runs from Milford to who knows where.....we only went for 10 miles each way. We were cycling like crazy to beat it out but we got poured on! It was a blast though and great exercise!

Ooh... we drove through Milford the other weekend & had to stop and look around 'cos it's so nice. We were talking to some locals who told us about that bike trail (I'm a bit clueless about lots of stuff round here!), that's something I'm definitely looking forward to doing when I get round to getting a new bike. Sounds fantastic, thunderstorm or no thunderstorm!

I'd give it a try, an infopass appointment or call. Some people got valuable info others didn't. Nothing to lose to try.

I called USCIS to give me a peace of mind one time (when I have not heard anything from them after my biometrics), and for me, it wasn't a waste of time. I got real answers. But it might depend on the person you get to talk to and the line of questions you'll ask (try to get away from answers like "I am not authorized to give you that info).

Thanks! I did just try (& will again when I have more time) and all I was able to get was the automated response of "your case was transferred from MSC to CSC and you will be notified by mail, blah, blah, blah! I'll call again when I have time to stay on the line and try to get a human. Thanks again... :thumbs:

I did not listen to the intro, and did not choose the number (in the menu prompt) leading to checking status. There is a way to get to a live operator, I'll post again when I remember exactly what numbers, to help you.

I would make infopass asap!!! I wouldn't be so patient!!! I would track what happened with my case. You are loosing your precious full life time, because of this.

We got RFE too, but after they got them back, in touch it says they will contact me within 60 days. And they stop your EAD for 90 days, but once they get back RFE, they should process your AOS just as it should be going on.
