@Jessi Pooh: I assume your husband only got his index finger scanned b/c it was his EAD biometrics...for AOS, they take fingerprints of all 10 fingers.

My husband had all fingerprints for all fingers too - AOS and EAD.

No touches since the day after :wacko: .

I know a guy who came in to the U.S. in March and applied for his EAD right away (not getting married 'til 5/20). He said he never got a biometrics appt but saw on-line that his EAD was approved. Could this be right? Won't his EAD be expired next week (since it'll be his 90 day mark)?

He just sent his AOS paperwork in yesterday.

Hi,

Finally my checks were cashed, there are some numbers behind checks, like MSC<10 digits>, is it the number to check your case online? each check has different numbers? I tried these numbers, and none of them work. Any idea?

I had the same problem as you're having. The first 3 digits are MSC but none of the numbers that I saw worked. We had to wait for the NOA - and you may have to do the same thing.

It's a bit frustrating.

Have you considered maybe enrolling him in some sort of non-credit or community programs? It might be enough to get him out of the house and keep him from dwelling on the fact he can't work yet. Usually there's some adult programs at local community colleges and city park districts that you can join for the summer.
