I might be too late with this answer,

Application Support Center (ASC)

"Some immigration applications, such as the Application for Naturalization or the Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, require the USCIS to conduct an FBI fingerprint background check on the applicant."

ASC code 1: fingerprint of index finger(s) required

ASC code 2: fingerprints of all fingers (both hands) required

ASC code 3: fingerprints of all fingers and both hands with photo taken are required

It feels good to have an interview date after the RFE for the W2 & 1099.

Now we have to get some interview study time in.

May 09 2007 Biometrics
Aug 31st Congratulations letter, no interview needed
Sept 21st 2009. New green card with conditions removed arrived.

07/26/10 N400 mailed via UPS. Three year rule
08/03/10. Check cashed.
08/06/10 NOA letter received, but "Request for evidence" showing on the status website.

Congratulations mysticbluerose! I see you are from the SF area too and had your biometrics appointment 2 weeks before I had mine...maybe I will get an interview letter in the mail as well within the next couple of weeks.

Wow everyone! Congrats on all of the good news. I've been busy at school ALL DAY long & I get back & there is this good news.

I want some for us too :crying: .

Those of you with interviews: were your cases touched on the day that the letter was sent out? I hope Orlando is fast too.

You'll be surprised with good things soon ;) As for touches, none since the day of my biometrics (05.10.07)..

I am expecting (hopeful) the status change online next week.

My interview notice was dated May 31, and without touches in my portfolio in the USCIS website.
