Received notice from USPS that package was delivered 6 am 3 May 2007

Checked bank account online today (4 May) and no checks cashed as yet....

Feeling right now: excited but nervous...not sure what to expect

Wahoo! So insignificant, but yet I am excited! NOA 1 today dated May 1st, 2007. Receipt date is April 26, 2007. Does that make me an April or May filer?

Congrats. It makes you a May filer because your NOA is from May.

Can anyone tell me, why/when are there cases transfered?

AOS/EAD for myself and my 2 daughters mailed in yesterday, May 4th.

Everything is together, doing a quadruple check, and I will be putting our AOS/EAD packet in the mail later today when the post office opens. Good luck fellow May filers!

We filed ours May 4, and they received it May 5....the crazy thing is that is the exact same day I filed the I-129F. Does it matter that we were out of status when we filed? It took us over 2 weeks to get our marriage certificate. Good luck everyone!

You weren't out of status at the time you filed for AOS if you fulfilled the K1 requirement of getting married within 90 days of your arrival.

Hey Arazia!

I was trying to do the same thing last week. There's a large number printed on the back of the cheque and that's NOT it. I know there was another number on our cheque that was too small to read. I just waited for the NOA1 and when I entered the Case Number online, my case was already in the system. I bet you'll get your NOA by the end of the week!

Thanks for posting that you have your NOA1s. I know we only sent out the package a week ago but it was received the next day. I'm just anxious for this and my husband is dying to work...

It might be a bit early to get started on one of these, but I snatched the layout from the April filers thread. I included everyone who posted here with their dates (as well as I could find them). I also put them in order of date received. I'll keep an eye on it and update as it once a day as long as there is information to update, although I may hand it off to someone else down the line.
