I was transferred to CSC on May 25th....not too happy about that, but c'est la vie! Hopefully they get through my case quickly!

Jashley, everything I have read here says your transfer to CSC at this stage is a good thing, perhaps meaning no need for an interview, if so, congrats!

Anyways, small updated on our situation, we got an e-mail from the USCIS website saying that our RFE was received and processing is resumed. So I guess we're okay unless we hear something else. Fingers crossed. Anyways, that was on Friday, but just came in e-mail today.

But I think you received that email for your first RFE Response not for the second response the you sent. They received my first and only RFE Response on May 24 (as your second RFE REsponse) so I believe that I will get my USCIS email on Thuesday May 31 (according with the time that took in your case from your first response to the USCIS email).

I really have no idea, but I'd rather stay hopeful about it rather than not. *shrug*

Can you please update my info..Since we had to resubmit our application (forgot to sign I130), our received date is 05/16, instead of 05/02..The NOA1 date is May 21, 2007.

I've heard the same thing too, but I have also heard that they're backlogged at CSC. I am very grateful that they are moving forward with my case- I should not complain!

I hope we don't have to have an interview because we want to go to NY in August for my sister's wedding. Also, my husband does not speak fluent English and getting a translator could turn out to be a pain in the butt.

Our biometrics (well, his... ) is on Wednesday so we're very optimistic about that.

Well my I-129F was transferred to CSC and it took them only 2 months to approve that. I hope the CSC is not "that" backed up!!!! Good luck everyone! We have our bio this Friday!

Checked my case status just a few minutes ago. It was 'touched' today and the message changed. Yesterday it had the message that the RFE was received on the 25th. Now it says the RFE was received on the 29th. So, now I know they got both of them and we should be good to go. I hope.

I got another touch today... I hope that's a good sign. Looking at other people's timelines I see that it's "normal" to get a couple of touches after the biometrics.

Hi I'm a May filer too. My NOA1 Date is May 21 and my petition was received May 17. We will get an RFE because we didn't have our certificted marriage license. But I hope it will not slow it down too much. Good luck to everybody!!
