I have good news too- I got an email from CRIS Jan 22- my card production has been ordered!! Thank God!!!

Girls and I are still waiting on ours too, not a touch since August, its getting kinda frustrating.

This is what I got in the mail:

Based on your request we researched the status of this case. We are actively processing this case. However, we have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 6 months of this letter please call customer service at the number provided below.

It could be 6 months til I hear anything again!! I don't know why they had to do additional review, I gave them everything that I was supposed to give them, I have never done anything illeagal or weird, I am from Australia, not from some terrorist area, I don't know why this could possibly take 6 months before just hearing anything again.

I am really annoyed.

But I am happy for those of you with your new GC"s , sorry to hear that you Amandalise are waiting still, I thought I was the only one left.

I'm really starting to wonder if theyve been using our applications as a coaster or to prop up a desk. I regret not filing for AP, its been almost a year since we've been to visit back home, and soon enough i'll have to apply for another EAD =/

I also felt like there was a problem with hubby's AOS that we didn't know about, and was thinking this exact thing as I walked to our mailbox. Then there it was - the interview letter.

Our case wasn't touched or transferred to CSC so I had no idea. I hope the same happens to you!

I regret not filing for AP too, February will be one year since we have visited our home.
