Updated the list of people. My first, incorrect RFE response was received this afternoon. They probably won't get to it, which is okay. The second RFE response, which we sent out this afternoon, is supposed to arrive by noon tomorrow. So hopefully it will be okay. I'm kind of frantic and paniced about this whole mess.

06/17/10 - Case online showing RFE (Biometrics notice) sent on 06/16/10

06/21/10 - Biometrics Letter Received

07/08/10 - Biometrics appointment

07/07/10 - Walk in Biometrics

08/06/10 - Email / Text for for new case status: "Test and Interview"

08/09/10 - Interview Appointment letter received for 09/13/10

09/13/10 - Interview Approved!

09/13/10 - Same Day Ceremony! I am a US Citizen!

No, I didn't receive anything, but what was posted in the other thread made sense to me. It asks for 1099s, which can include the 1099-INT which is interest. I had two bank accounts and two certificates of deposit that I had 1099-INTs for. It actually says in the directions for the Affidavit of support that you should send any 1099s, and it was an oversight on my part. Basically, I never send those in with my tax forms, so I didn't think I needed them.

Anyways, we sent those off tonight.

They only want what was included in your taxes. If you didn't include your 1099 (although you should have) I dont think it will matter for USCIS. As long as you have your complete taxes with w2s.

The 1099-INTs aren't supposed to be included with taxes... at least as far as I know. They only give you one copy and it says to retain it for your own personal records. I mean, if I submitted them with my taxes, then I wouldn't have them to submit now, so I'm not sure that makes sense at all. Sorry x.x

We can be added to the list too. We FINALLY finished - I thought it was going to be less work than Fiance petition, Hah! Our AOS package was delivered May 20, 2007. Very happy to be a may filer :thumbs:

We got our biometrics appointment. It is scheduled for 5/31/07. Arazia thanks for keeping everything so up to date!

3/16/06 - Met on-line

11/5/06 - Traveled to Tunisia/Algeria for a 2 week visit (best 2 weeks of my life!!)

12/14/06 - Sent in our I-129F Form

12/16/06 - Notified by post office that our I-129F was delivered

12/19/06 - NOA1

12/21/06 - Check cashed

12/27/06 - Touched!!!!!!!!!

1/3/07 - NOA2 - SWEEEEEEEEEEET!!!!!!! Happy New Year

My brother-in-law is an accountant, so I included EVERTHING he returned to me and sent it all to USCIS.

11/2004 - Met in Brazil

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

Not a problem. I'm a statistics nut anyways, so keeping track of t his information puts me more at ease with the process. Hopefully you should be okay. I got bad advice from some of the people helping me put things together.

Anyways, new chart. I did some small changes to the 'layout' of it. Mostly, I just added the 'days' field to the end, and combined the approved/stamp fields together. I saw the 'days' field in another thread, used to show the total number of days for the application and such. Figured it'd be good to add to ours.

Well, the second RFE reply arrived there this morning, but apparently no one was there to pick it up. So the post office is going to try again and then hold the damn thing. I'm starting to get quite a bit frustrated with this process. If it doesn't get delivered the second time, I think I'll just send again and skip the overnight mail. Apparently they don't like it much.

Or, apparently if I'd read through other posts elsewhere in the forums, they only pick up once a day. Merf, what a waste. Oh well. -.-; My own mistake. I'm just a nervous wreck right now because of all of this.
