Now i can apply for my SSN once my mother-inlaw comes back from her vacation on monday and look for a job :dance:

Jess, did you watch the soccer game the other night? ;)

I hope everyone had a good weekend and that we see at least some touches this coming week....

I'm going to suggest to my husband to apply for the AP by the end of the year if he doesn't have his GC yet. He didn't want to apply for it since we have no plans to go to Brazil this year. However, it seems to take 3 months so I think it'll be a good idea since we may go next March...

Only time will tell :clock:

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

We made an infopass appointment for next week to get my husbands passport stamped. Thanks for the advice everyone, it made be feel more secure about traveling so I could buy our plane tickets!

Fortunately it won't be necessary because... We got the card in the mail!! :dance::dance::dance: Our mail from USCIS ALWAYS comes on Friday. This time we were out of town but my mom picked up the mail and called yesterday to let us know.

4/14/10 Email approval for 13 yr Old CR 4/23/10

Oldest son now 21 I-130 filed by LPR dad ( as per NVC CSPA is applying here )
I-130 approved 2/24
Priority date 12/6/2007
4/6/2010 letter from NVC arrives to son dated 3/4/2010
5/4/10 received AOS and DS3032 via email
9/22/10 Interview BOG Passed
10/3/10 POE JFK all went well
11/11/10 GC Received smile.png
