who is from the netherlands? the husband or the wife? i stayed in the netherlands for a year. lived in Almere and visited my sister every weekend in Meerssen.

My husband is from the Netherlands. He's the red-haired dude in my icon. He lived down in Limburg before coming to the United States.

06/10/10 - NOA received

06/16/10 - Case available online

06/17/10 - Case online showing RFE (Biometrics notice) sent on 06/16/10

06/21/10 - Biometrics Letter Received

07/08/10 - Biometrics appointment

07/07/10 - Walk in Biometrics

08/06/10 - Email / Text for for new case status: "Test and Interview"

08/09/10 - Interview Appointment letter received for 09/13/10

09/13/10 - Interview Approved!

09/13/10 - Same Day Ceremony! I am a US Citizen!

Sorry to hear you're in the same boat as my husband and I. We just sent back our information as quickly as we could. Not much else we can do about it. Someone must really be screwing up, though. I mean... that's two people with the same NOA1 date with the same... repetative RFE.

Well, thanks to a very belated post from someone in another thread, we now realized that it was probably my interest forms from the bank that they were missing. Too bad we already sent out the RFE response. ... I'm kind of feeling as if things were not meant to work out right when it comes to this process.

Well, we'll try sending those lagging behind the original RFE tonight.

Guess it's something important to note for other people's sakes.

Time for me to go home, and try not to have a mental breakdown over this stuff.

We received our NOA1s for our submissions.. they are dated May 14th... we had two touches after that and I was hoping it was for biometrics but we haven't had any snail mail for it yet...

Nothing I say is legal advice. I recommend you consult a qualified immigration attorney for any questions you may have.

05-07-07: AOS package sent

05-09-07: AOS delivered to Chicago,IL,sign by SandovaKL (day 1)

05-14-07: I-130, I-485 touched (day 5)

05-15-07: Check cleared $ 395.00 (day 6)

05-16-07: Check Cleared $ 190.00 (day 7)

05-17-07: NOA1 of all forms and all case numbers in my USCIS Portafolio to check online status. (day 8)

05-18-07: I-130, I-485 Touched (day 9)

05-21-07: Receive Biometric appointment letter (day 12)

05-22-07: Send for reschedulle Biometric (day 13)

06-07-07: Biometric Appointment

i need to reschedulle my biometric appointment...bcs that day is my due to have a baby...:)

08-18-09: Biometric early (touched)

09-15-09:Received Green Card in the mail (day 61)

Naturalization N-400 Journey:

05-19-11: N-400 sent

05-26-11: Package received

05-27-11: NOA and put the Portfolio list

07-07-11: Finger print, done early 06/24/11

06-28-11: Received an email, move to Initial interview date (touch)

08-10-11: Interview letter received

09-14-11: Interview & Oath taking ~the journey was done~ (day 118)

I'm officially US citizen!
