I just received an email from the IO i spoke to at my InfoPass appt regarding the email she sent to CSC!!

For some reason it wasnt showing that i had filed under category (a)(9) so its been changed to classification ©(9) :) but, she also told me that my case has not been passed to an Officer to be adjudicated yet!!! :cry:

so i guess the touches on my EAD the past 2 days meant nothing!! oh well ........... *sigh* i guess that was my case being moved out of the way so they could work on JessiPooh's case :P hehehe

Hi guys, I went to San Francisco this morning for the initial interview of my I-485. It was a success and I was approved! The immigration officer said I should get my greencard in 2 to 4 weeks.

I just want to say thanks to VJ especially to this informative thread. Thanks guys and goodluck to everyone who is waiting for an approval!
