@ Maria: Good luck for your infopass appointment today :thumbs:

JessiPooh, my InfoPass went quite well. The lady i spoke to was rather nice. She sent an email to CSC asking why they havent approved my EAD yet!! handed me a notice with her email address on it and said that she would hear something back from them by tomorrow, and that i should email her in the next couple of days! She would let me know whats going on. She did say that for some reason it wasnt showing on the computer that i hadnt filed under any category....which is just as well i took a photocopy of my application showing i filed under (a)(9).

I checked my online status when i got home and i got touched :dance: :dance: :D So, here's hoping we here something this week!!

Thank you Silke :D I didnt enjoy the 2 hour drive there and back (4 hours total) , was very uncomfortable, my pain meds didnt work!! :( i guess i shouldnt have been sitting that long just yet)!!

Well that just sucks. I wonder what they are waiting on. Did the IO say anything to you about your AOS when you went to the infopasses in July???

The first IO only told me that the GC can take 8-10 months to be approved. Our focus was the EAD so I was ok with that answer at the time. He also said that he can't say much since my hubby's case is not in Orlando.

Maria & Jessipooh: I'm really glad to see you have touches after the Infopasses - that can be great news...let's hope so! :thumbs:

And Maria, I'd love to hear you talk since I love the Scottish accent...haha...for real though.

I finally rolled outta bed as instructed hehehe...i was really tired after that drive...thankfully it wasnt me that was driving...it was my mother-in-law :help:

@ Winter i'm recovering nicely i hope, i'll find out tomorrow @ my first post-op check up!! fingers crossed ;)

@ Bora i have a very thick scottish accent - a glasgow accent, one of the hardest to understand, maybe thats why my hubby has problems at times trying to understand me hence all his huhs???

he's now down to 30 huhs from 100 :lol: Here's hoping the touches after our InfoPass appts are indeed a good thing :P

@ Jashley i'll be watching my email and online status regularly for any changes, trying not to be overly obsessed though :blush: Hopefully JessiPooh and I will have good news sometime this week ;)

@ JessiPooh no doubt i'll see ya on Msn later :P btw you need to pluck up the courage and visit Scotland some day!!
