+ Also, we got an email saying approval notice mailed, but I can't see where we ever got an approval notice, unless it was packaged with the greencard. We did get a notice saying our EAD application had been administratively closed.

I had the same question but after doing some research and talking to some people I found out that the green card (plus the mailer that came with it) is the approval notice.

Like you I thought there would be another letter but there isn't.

Thanks Jashley, not too worried about the AOS but could do with my EAD so i could apply for my SSN, sadly i was unable to get health ins to cover my surgery and hubby didnt have health ins and i couldnt get any around where i live without it. would have helped out alot with my medical bills.....oh well :cry:

I know - the waiting sucks. No touches/updates/emails on my hubby's AOS since May.

He got a letter in the mail last night from USCIS - but it was just to tell him that I had called about a typhographical error SIX WEEKS AGO!!

They're so slow...

Hello everyone... Our interview was OK, We gave everything the officer requested us but for some reason the officer avoid to give us an answer so we left the office WITHOUT an answer... So we feel very sad and frustrated...

We still haven't had an update since May. But the weirdest part is that my hubby's AOS has not been transferred, you know? I mean, it's still at the NBC - not CSC like most people.

I think I'll give USCIS some time before I call to ask. I know, unlike the EAD, there is not really an unofficial time that they say you should wait.
