Maria my EAD was received at the lockbox on 5/9 HOWEVER from what I am understanding you have to count 90 days from when CSC received your EAD which in my case is 5/31 :bonk:

Ok, what date do i go by??? the first date it was pending at CSC or the 2nd??? :bonk:

Hi JessiPooh, I think (99.9% sure) that you count your 90 days from your notification of action (NOA), regardless of transfers etc.

EAD

May 24th 2007: NOA 1 EAD

June 20th 2007 : Biometrics

July 30th 2007 : EAD card production ordered. day 68

August 2nd 2007: EAD card production ordered *again* day 71

August 8th 2007 : Approval notice mailed day 77

August 11th 2007: EAD card received in the mail (unable to use it to apply for SSN as the next day my AOS was approved and now EAD invalid)

AOS

May 24th 2007: NOA 1

June 20th 2007: Biometrics

June 29th 2007: AOS case trasfered to CSC

July 11th 2007: *touch*

July 30th 2007: *touch*

August 1st 2007: *touch*

August 12th 2007: Card production ordered

August 21st 2007: E-mail from CRIS-Approval notice sent

August 24th 2007: Card in hand!!!

Removal of Conditions

June 25, 2009: NOA

Sept 15, 2009 : Biometrics

OMG I am so confused!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will let you know what they say on the 13th either way Maria so you know what to expect. :)

If we do indeed count from when CSC received our file then its the Pending e-mail we got so I think yours reads 6/12. so 6/12 + 90 is 9/10 which is close to our VJ timeline calc. HOW WIERD!!!

If we do indeed count from when CSC received our file then its the Pending e-mail we got so I think yours reads 6/12. so 6/12 + 90 is 9/10 which is close to our VJ timeline calc. HOW WIERD!!!

Dont you just hate computer glitches......... :bonk: i coulda done without the 2nd pending email......oh well.....

Therefore 90 days for you would be tomorrow August 7th.

Here's hoping you get some good news on monday Jessi :D

I called the "mis-informationline" about the.....2 pending dates on the transfer to CSC..they said to go by the first date it was transfered and pending @ CSC...the 2nd was a computer error...

if you believe it...LOL you know what they're like!!
