Hello guys! I am preparing the documents for mine and my daughter's AOS application right now. I have plenty of questions that I hope you could help me with..

1. My daughter is 5 years old, do I need to have a separate I-485 for her? or my I-485 is good enough for both of us.

2. If I send our packet, will I need to put it in separate envelopes?

3. Is it required to get all the shots in the immunization form?

4. Can I please have some idea on how much it cost to pay for the civil sugeon to transfer my shot records?

5. Is the supporting documents from the K1 visa application for I-134 good enough to use for the I-864?

I really think you could help me with this since you all have sent your AOS application and who else has the experience of this process?? Hopefully by Wednesday, I will be able to send our AOS application with your help..

preparing to send our package also. you will need a separate I-485 for your daughter. you can use same type supporting documents; W-2 and copy of 2006 tax return for the I-864. it cost us $35 to have the vaccinations transcibed for both my wife and daughter to the I-693A's. you will need the required vaccinations completed before the interview. in the case of your daughter, if not completed, they will want to see that they are ongoing.

How are you guys? We just submitted our package last Thursday late afternoon. So we are currently checking status when the USCIS will eventually received and encashed our checks.

we're doing fine, hope the same with you guys. the biggest adjustment for Yazi here has been the climate and missing her family, friends and job. we're waiting on our marrige certificate. if it doesn't come by Wednesday, we'll go to the county clerk in person and try to get one. best of luck with your AOS.

Just updating, my packet and my daughters packet for AOS and EAD etc has arrived in chicago and has been signed for. Today is that 21st, so now the waiting again. Fingers crossed this time.

It's strange, we have these big gaps in time. No new folks sent anything between the 13th and today? It seems like a bit of a 'slow' month. Oh wells. My mother is giving hubbie a ride to his biometrics this Friday, so I don't have to take another day off of work.

Hey gustahot? Is the date you have for your NOA1 the date you received the letter, or the notice date? It seems a bit 'off' compared to other NOA1 notice dates.
