Congrats, jon_tv & Rahtryinhard - USCIS finally seems to be getting moving on the EADs! :thumbs:

My AOS was touched again today.... hmmm.

Hmm, well, the touching was fun while it lasted, anyway!

Congrats on the EAD, lex07... and hope this week brings more good news and stuff for us lot! We have a couple of interviews this week, don't we? Good luck, Ready4One & Singers! :)

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

My EAD was approved on July 27th. So very very happy!

NOA2: October 2nd, 2006

Packet 3 returned to Mtl: October 26th, 2006.

Medical: January 10th, 2007

Interview: January 23rd, 2007, at 2:30. APPROVED

Entry to the US: Feb 28th, 2007 POE Ivy Lea

Married: March 2nd, 2007

AOS/EAD sent May 4th, 2007

NOA1s for all 3 AOS and my EAD May 14th, dated for May 10th

EAD touched May 28th,29th, 2007, Youngest daughter's AOS touched May 29th, 2007

Biometrics: May 30th, 2007

All cases touched May 31, 2007, June 5th, 2007, August 1st, 2007

All 3 AOS transferred to California July 5th, 2007

EAD Approved July 27th, 2007

Finally movement on my AOS, touched on Feb 22 & 24th

GC May 11 2008, date of april 29th on them.

Ahhhhhhhhhhh well there's still hope for us yet..... 20 days before the 90 days are up. So much for being transfered to CSC for faster processing ...............what a joke!!!

From looking at timelines, the CSC transfers we've seen getting approvals seem to happen between 50-80 days into waiting. However, there's always the possibility of a case getting stuck in namechecks and then even a transfer to CSC can't help much.

Anyways, good luck to those still waiting. :unsure:

Arazia i understand what your saying, but we dont have AOS cases at CSC. Our EAD's got transfered to CSC seemingly for faster processing. Didnt think EAD's could get stuck in namechecks though :unsure:

I hope so too silke :) I need my SSN so i can get Health Ins. Hubby doesnt have any yet so without my ssn i cant get it and i have surgery comin up in a couple weeks! I wouldnt be able to work even with the EAD for a while after my surgery anyways :(
