My second J-1 Visa was not approved recently by the US. Embassy in Munich ( January 3rd 2018) and my wife (together since 2015 and married January 28th, 2018) and I are about to file the I-130

Reasons of Denial: ( FYI: my J-1 Application was approved by US. Lawyers of the sponsor and US. Immigration Council before going to the Embassy)

-Extensive experience already in Hospitality ( 13 years)

-Training plan/ internship DS-7002 created by US. Sponsor not sufficiently convincing

-This Job I was about to take on could be executed by an US. Citizen

My Question is:

Will my recent J-1 Visa Denial will affect my application in filing a CR-1 Spousal Visa ( we have an extremely strong case, 3 years together since March 2015, married since January 28th, lived together for 2 years, Joint bank accounts, statement of common law in Canada, joint residential tenancy, frequent visits of both families, traveling, joint flight tickets, pictures etc, short: significant evidence of a healthy relationship)

I am trying to get some answers before I pay an " ask a lawyer" fee

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thank you very much
