hello everyone, i was working this whole year but stopped in november. My dad is going to wonder my fiancé. however, should i include myself in my dad 1-134 form? since i am not working? 

ps. I will work once my fiancé gets to the u.s

Does your dad put you as a dependent on his taxes? If not, no you won't put yourself.

 

you, as the petitioner should also fill a i-134 even if you're not sponsoring btw.

no he does not have me. However i am not working at the moment?

Then he won't put you. He will only put the dependents that shows in taxes. And your fiancé will be included in that number when checking the poverty guidelines.

 

for you even if you're not employed you fill one and put unemployed. It also has other history asked from you that you can fill. And you can still show them your bank statements etc. he will be the sponsor in the end however you are the petitioner so they need yours too (although some embassies may not ask, but most do. And having it ready is important)
