Actually my cousin is having her graduation and wedding. She has invited her mom and my mum(Her Aunt). so they will going for interview so i wanted know the questions they will be asked during the interview and if they can be issued a visa

Is anyone in any sort of immigration proceeding? Have they applied for any type of immigration benefit or qualify (through child or other relative)?

 

Typically a person has to show they will returning to their home country after the interview. Proof of ties like job, home ownership, investments, etc.

They ask very few questions usually, 3 or 4 and all simple.

 

Most people can be issued a visa, have they any issues, criminal pasts etc that make them ineligible.
