Unable to check case status online

 Hey guys, I got receipt number on the 15th of December, it has been 45 days now but it keeps saying invalid numver. I  called the uscis seveal times, they said I got wrong number but then said they got our case but nothing they can do to fix it because it is up to people that are processing my case, they haven't loaded anything online. Anyone here has the same issue?

wow they were rude.

 

all I can say is you're not alone we heard more cases having the same problem in December. 

 

They are not updatjng the system properly so as long as they can find your case when you call them and you have your case number (wac) try not to worry about it.

 

it is just a technical error on their side.
