N-400 Chicago processing time!!

Hey I really want to get some general info about citizenship. I'll be thankful if someone would help me in coping with this. My husband is eligible for citizenship since 3 years. He's now going to apply for it soon. He applied for me in last June under F2a. What's the processing time for chicago for N-400 these days? And what date is current for N-400 Chicago Illinois? In which category I'll get my visa soon? IR or F2a, including his N-400 whole processing time. Thought weve already been spend 7months under F2A category. So getting citizenship would really help? Kindly suggest!!!
