Hi guys i just got a notification online!!! My case status changed to New card is being produced!!! I am sooo exciteedd!!!

09/12/17          Married my love

01/28/18          AOS Sent

02/01/18          AOS Recieved

02/10/18          NOA1 Text E-mail Notification recieved

02/15/18          NOA1 Hard Copies recieved

02/24/18          Biometrics Letter Received (Scheduled for March 9th)

03/02/18          RFIE Letter Received (I-864 form)

03/09/18          Biometrics Appointment Done!

03/15/18          Sent RFIE Response with Joint Sponsor

03/22/18          RFIE Received by USCIS (Email notification)

07/21/18          New Card is Being Produced (Notification)

08/14/18          Interview was scheduled

08/17/18          Received Notice Interview for 09/19/18

You are good with the combo card friend. My lawyer applied for my AP much later than EAD. So unique and annoying situation. She did confirm that the AP allows multiple enty/exit with no issues.

Oh, thanks for the info! Will definitely be making that trip come the end of August

Congrats!!! I just got a text and email confirmation about the approval of combo cards today too!!! This is official! Day 153 

 

Finally the process is moving for most of us. :)

Hey guys.

i just received today that I-765 card in production. In notification says it could take up to 30 days till I receive, however my question is how long did it take for you to receive after notification?

Hey everyone, I am new to this forum although I used this website for information on how to bring my Dutch fiance over on the K-1 visa. We are married now and filed his AOS packet on Feb 2nd, and still have not recieved anything regarding the EAD! Below is our timeline so far.. hope it helps! It's so nice knowing we are not alone! My husband is soooo anxious to work!! This process is torture!!

 

Feb 1st - Overnighted AOS packet
Feb 2nd - Arrived at Chicago location
Feb 15th - Text from USCIS case was recieved
Feb 20th - I-797 AOS acceptance letter
                   I-797 AOS processing letter

Feb 28th - Biometrics Apt Letter
March 5th - Biometrics Appointment

 

Nothing since!!

Most of the service centers are processing  Mid-February, 2018. You may get approve this week or latest next week
