So I got approved today June 28th for my EAD  and AP but my card went in production since yesterday June 27th. My PD is February 02nd though DHS shows February 08th. Hang in there all the February filers. The end of the tunnel is pretty close guys. I think the wind of luck is now blowing in our direction! God bless us in this process!

Received an email a couple of days ago with case information regarding the production of the combo card.  Received an email this afternoon stating the card has been delivered!  Cannot wait to check the mail!

Did you get an update on the USCIS website? Is there a tracking number? Soooo exciteeeed aaaaah!

My uscis account hasn't updated, only the DHS account. Please keep us updated regarding the SSN card.

Yes, we received an email notifying us of the action and it was updated on the USCIS dhs site.  The tracking number was listed as unavailable in the email unfortunately, so we were unable to track it - however, the card arrived within a few days of being notified and USPS Informed Delivery was a blessing.  I will absolutely post again to let you guys know as soon as we receive the SSN card :star:.

03/15/18          Sent RFIE Response with Joint Sponsor

03/22/18          RFIE Received by USCIS (Email notification)

07/21/18          New Card is Being Produced (Notification)

08/14/18          Interview was scheduled

08/17/18          Received Notice Interview for 09/19/18

09/11/18          Received Cancellation Notice :(

Does anyone know what are the steps after you receive the EAD and if you already have an SSN but in maiden name -  do you call SSA and ask to issue a new one with same number different last name? Just trying to figure out the steps so I can start working ASAP

Congrats! Mine was in production on 27th then another update on 28th that it was approved and now Im waiting for an update that it's mailed too!

I will like to share my good news. on DHS website my case still shows "Received" , no news of approval. I was on the phone with a potential employer who  really liked my profile as an engineer. She grumbled and grumbled about when my EAD. can be approved. I promised 150 days. She was still not sure, while I was on the phone I went outside and checked mailbox. My EAD has been approved, a letter was sent to me   which is the  I-797.

I told employer on the phone that I have been approved, she was more excited than me.

 

My PD is  February 20th. (approximately 130 days) based on C09

I did no any extra submission or effort to get it approved. No RFE nothing. 

 

I wish everyone all the best.

Me too! It said expected delivery July 5 but I guess it could get here tomorrow if I'm lucky!

Did you select requesting a new SSN card on the 765 form? I'm the same with you and I chose yes. People said the new SSN card will be delivered after a few days you receive the combo card.
