So I just used online chat function on USCIS website to check where my case is at. My case status never update for review of biometrics. The representative said they are processing cases filed on 10/25/17  -> exactly six months ago! So I guess I would ask again in August then...

Yah in the other thread, lots of people "user defined error" was leading to case updates or interviews. Unfortuantely that is not always the case they said simply USCIS is overwhelmed and has technical issues is taking stuff off the web network at times. When I say "case has not changed" means there is no new upates or actions yet based on what the lady told me.

I'm unable to check my case status today here https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

Anyone else facing this problem ?

I’ve been unable to check my case (Form I-485) for more than 3 weeks now though not from the DHS websites. But my case in the DHS website hasn’t updated since March 15th. It really sucks when not being able to access ones case online though USCIS said my case is in queue to be scheduled for an interview. It could be there like forever and nothing I mean nothing in the mail box from USCIS since then.:(

Hey guys, we haven't heard a peep since they received the RFIE response at the beginning of this month, however, we keep getting a whole bunch of random emails stating they are still reviewing our case and their are no updates at this time.  I don't mean once every couple of weeks, eg. we received one on 04/23/2018, another yesterday on 04/26/2018 and again today on 04/27/2018.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

I think you keep receiving these messages because you did activate the option in your USCISmyaccount setting menu. If you deactivate it like I did,  you won’t receive the messages again.

Does it mean someone is actively working on our case those days though, is that what the non update notifications mean?

It’s automated if you understand what I mean. Nobody’s working on our cases at such

See, I thought they were automated, but the sporadic dates don't make sense if its not connected to an action, surely!

Hey folks, an update. Went to INFOPASS our preim checks are all complete. They said April 18 a notice was sent to request an interview. So seems “user defined” glitch is for some reason. Will wait by the mail next week to see what this letter and interview timing is.
