Sent i-485, i-131, i-765 on Feb 8 via FedEx to be delivered on Feb 12.    Looks like some folks who applied in early January got rejection letters about I-485 being outdated when the most current version was used.    I hope that has been ironed out at USCIS.

how can they reject an application when somebody used the applicable version of I-485 ?

I guess all January filers used the latest I-485 which has an 06/30/2019 expiration

What he said?

I think it’s the duration of stay stamped on the passport of a visa holder by the Department of Homeland Security at the port of entry and which he or she has to leave before a certain date. For instance, a K1 Visa holder is admitted for 90 days to get married or leave. This’s the authorized duration of stay. I hope this helps.
