Haha...welcome to the world of users defined errors. I hope it’s good but it’s been more than a week now since this glitch on my case but nothing yet.😬

Yea mine gave me an error last week but i thought it was just for a day and i checked it again after a week and well... error.. hhaha 

but i hope i receive some kind of a letter since thats what people have been getting

It's been over 3 weeks for me of this same error and nothing as of now. Waiting for mailman everyday

Thanks, I missed a mail that was returned to the USCIS last week, probably due to the usual problem we've been having with our mail since our new neighbor moved in. But I called the USCIS Customer service and i was told they will work on it and get back to me. But they leave me a code for reference purpose and asked me to call after 30 days incase there is no response.

Did you try have the informed delivery?? That would help you a lot, because remember that USCIS said last week that they going to start to destroyer the EAD if they recived back.

Was it your EAD? When did you file?

I got a noreply email saying no changes to my case and the last change happened on Feb 10th . After that I got an RFE & I responded to it (I-864).( USCIS received on march 22nd)

 

No  changes since then . Fingers crossed

Which website are you checking your case status ?? we both have exactly the same time , also we got RFE's and they were delivered on the same day March 22nd , hopefully our cases are moving forward since the RFE response

Hi,

 

First time poster took a while to figure out how to post here. Below is my timeline.

-Married: 12/17/2017

-Lawyer sent paperwork: 2/15

-PD and recived: 2/20

-Bio letter: 3/14

-Bio completed: 3/21

-Latest update: 4/8, biometrics review has been completed.

 

Been a smooth process so far, no RFIE, RFE or any letters, I sent my i693 with the paper as our lawyer said was easier. As well we sent the i864 as have sufficient income and assets.

Hoping to get the EAD soon or maybe even the interview letter. I came here on a company visa but then we got married and since have been let go by said company and now looking at my next job. If the EAD doesn't come by end of April may try to get to expedite with an offer letter.

I had the informed delivery notification, and it has been working fine for me. But as of the moment. But never had the information on the mail that was returned. So I can't say per say if its the EAD or Biometric mail, just been hopeful for it to be resend soon as I already make the complaint. Thank you.

Also, I filed in 29th of Feb., it was received on March 1st, NOA was sent on March 16th.

Hellouuu Friends!! I want ask about the taxes, at the end how did you made it??

 

We had to send the taxes by mail and add the form "Form 8948, Preparer Explanation for Not Filing Electronically" and the accounting guy wrote the explanation about that I am in process to get my SSN and he told us that we need send to him my SSN when I recibe it.

Yes we tought that we was going to filed for extension too but the accounting of my husband said that was fine with that form... And he send us the taxes today!! Hahaha to sign and send it

Just got the normal e-mail saying they're still processing my case and there are no updates. I haven't gotten any courtesy letters or any RFIES, wondering if they just aren't looking at mine or if i'm really not getting any. Hope it's that i'm not getting any and that they'll be moving me along soon. Ugh waiting with no updates is so hard!
