Has anyone from Feb gotten EAD's or Interviews?

@harhadand @Jamz835did. They both from Chicago IL office so I guess that office is making the change to get more most recent filers cases closed haha

Mine still says "we received your case" for i765 and i130. Says "received rfe response" for i485. But I'm a Houston filer so I'm not expecting anything any time soon. Haha! Husband joked that we should've moved to a city that processes applications quickly.

I found a uscis report that showed the NYC office having the most pending AOS applications, around 26k, followed by Houston at 17k applications pending. Can you imagine? 17,000...

I can totally relate. There's a FB group for Texas filers and people from Oct 2016 are stilllllllllllll waiting for their interview since last September (after Harvey not many cases moved I guess).

I wanted to move to NC or IL, given they are processing within six months haha. But it's just a dream coz hubby and I both have jobs we don't want to lose :(...

Since Mar 8, my case didn't even move to "we reviewed bio" like other posts had.

Mine says RFE response recieved have'nt got updated since then. Do you know whats the next step after the interview ? In how many days you'll get your GC ?

It depends how the interview went. If the IO didn’t identify any red flags and you’re approved on the spot, you gonna receive your GC in as early as one week from the interview date.

I received my EAD last week (Apr 4/5).  My wife, however, has not.  Saying that, I have an approved I-140, Employment based, not marriage based AOS so that is likely why.

Congrats. What is the letter for? I assume your case is moving along.

Thank you!  It is the courtesy letter for the I-693 medical that needs to be done before the interview.
