Anyone know what areas the people who are getting their interview dates are in?

Also any updates from anyone here? Feel like we've been waiting forever

If you play a little bit here http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/aoslist.php?op5=5,6,8,9,10,11 you can actually see some of those who applied in the same period/time who have gotten their notices/interview or even GC. Remember not everyone posts here, some people just consume info.

Good news folks.  Largely, I think I am an outlier on this forum, my AOS is based upon an approved I-140 (EB-1) but I received the notice that my EAD has been approved.  Application sent on Feb. 27 and received notice of approved EAD on April 5.  No word on my spouses EAD, hopefully a letter of approval arrives soon.

I know your hope but he filed in TSC which is totally different center that processes the EAD card. Maybe that's why he got it so quick...

Did anyone here find out how to file tax returns with your spouse without SSN? I think we aren't qualified for ITIN as we have applied for a SSN.

my husband's accountant will ask for an extension because it supposed we will have our EAD on june(fingers crossed) also read in a group on Facebook that there are people who present taxes and saying with the SSN number they introduced correction but really I dont know

Our case is finally moving again as USCIS received the response to the RFIE!  Woohoo!  Hopefully the courtesy letter for the medical is not far behind! :star:.

Hello guys did any February filer experience the notorious “user defined message “ when checking their cases online? And if yes, how was it solved?

Yes it happened to us. Which check case status did you check on USCIS? Someone referred me to https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

create an account. Username is email address and create a password. We did and our case says it is in process.  I also called and an official said nothing was wrong it just takes time to show in system.

I Hope this helps you.

Thanks but my cases have been working normally since I filed until today. My other two cases (I-765 & I-131) work just normal. What I don’t understand is if there has been any update on the I-485 case. Per January filers threads, those who had this same issue ended up with an interview letter in their mailboxes. I hope same for us. Lol!
