Just updating my status - 16 days after they received my application they finally cashed my check on 03.09.2018.  Exactly one week after, I received copies of NOA for all my applications together with my Biometrics Appointment which is scheduled on 03.28.2018, though I'm planning to do it on 03.20.2018 instead.  Hoping we wouldn't get any RFIE/RFE:unsure:

Looks like there's a new edition of the I-864 dated March 6... Hmm. But my rfie asked for the previous edition. And my joint sponsor already has the old form filled out and printed.

What you can do is with the old form filled you can fill the new one and just your joint sponsor just sing it, I know that ask someone for a favor is hard and plussss if you going to say "hey!! I need you sign the new one because this is already expired!" Just to be safe and they dont ask for the new form and dont delate more your case

I suggest you go by USCIS instructions. If they asked for the old one, give them the old one. My RFIE asked for the old one, we submitted it and it was accepted.

Ok thank you. The uscis website says that the old one is still being accepted until May 2018. So I'll send the old one that's already filled out

Thanks for clarifying @harhad. I called NSCS and I have been told that it can take anywhere from 30-45 for the case to show up on the USCIS case status website.  On a different note,  I am still waiting for my Biometrics notice. Its been more than a week since I got the hard copy of NOA.  Is there an average time to get the biometrics notice? Does anyone know about it based on experience?

(EB1 India- I-140 approved with a PD 06/26/2017)

02/15/2018-  mailed through Fedex I-485, I-131,I-765 (Phoenix USCIS Lockbox) ( For me and my wife)

02/20/2018 - Package delivered to Phoenix USCIS lockbox

03/02/2018 - NOA1 text/email received ( Received 6 notifications 3 for Me and 3 for my wife). My case has been assigned to Nebraska processing center

03/07/2018 - Hard copy of NOA received in the mail

Waiting for Biometrics notice

Another clarification that I am trying to seek is the confusion on the 'Processing Cases as of Date' field on the USCIS processing time for different service centers. Is this the date the case was received by USCIS or are the cases that have a priority date on or before the date listed. I have a I-485, I-131 and I-765.

Nebraska service center is processing I-485 Employment-based adjustment applications as of May 2,2017. This update is as of Jan 31,2018.  So what does this date mean? Is it PD date or case received date.

Also since I filed my I-131 and I-765 with AOS will it be associated with my pending I-485 or processed separately based on the current processing date ( I-131 is Oct 16,2017 and I-765 is Nov 1, 2017).  Do I-131 and I-765 have any priority dates associated with it?

I know there are lot of questions but I would really appreciate if someone can provide clarification on my queries.

Anyone had to wait longer than 2 weeks to get their Biometrics notice? Its been more than 12 days I received my NOA hard copy but nothing on the biometrics yet. Should I get anxious?

Well, try applying for a change of address from your previous address to present and during this course of this, check the informed delivery option box before submitting.
