Yea we were thinking of that too, but they want you to calculate your taxes as much as you can, and pre pay the taxes. Than if they think that its necessary they will give you a six month extension

this as well.

Hey everyone, I just had a call with NCSC tier 2 officer about the response to RFE. She was able to confirm the receipt and said the system had my response at 3/8 (it was delivered on 3/6). I guess sometimes the online tracker weren't current...

I also asked about the combo card, she said processing time should actually 120-180 days these days... Once your case got response received, it's a reset on timeclock. And you can raise inquiry when the case was over 120 days...

I also saw some August filers didn't get their COMBO until March. You know in Texas, Oct 2016 filers are still waiting for interview while their COMBO card already expired:wacko:

The most annoying thing in the world - getting the temporary GC when you were married for 22 months. Happened to several Houston filers.

Cause now you have to spend another year in ROC process while it could've been easily done with two more months of waiting in the first time.

I was trying to explain to a family member why it takes so long and i remember saying that it all comes down to who picks up your file and how good do they do their job... If one is very good and cares about people like us well lucky us... but if there is a slacker that picks up your case and forgets it, says ill go for lunch ill do it after then forgets about it and finds it in 2 weeks well... bad luck...

Yes you are right, like another kind of job are people that like what they are doing and are some that doesnt like their job, also imagine all the work, all the people that are applying and the most important burocracy 100% like the movie zootopia... hahaha but... who is going to win the waiting game??? :D
