Hello guys! Updating my timeline.

I had my biometrics appointment at the Baltimore center yesterday. I went alone and had to take the bus and train. I was afraid they wouldn't let me in with my phone but I had no problem bringing it in the center as long as it is turned off. They were also particular with the time. I got there around 9:30 but my appointment was at 11. They asked me to wait since they are only processing 9am appointments at that time. It was a busy morning in that center. The whole process was quick and probably took 30 mins or less.

Today, I received the Courtesy Letter dated March 5, for the I-693.

My PD is Feb. 8.

Hope everybody is doing well!

Glad yours is doing well! Have my biometrics appointment in Revere, MA tomorrow morning :)

I just want to get EAD so I can jump to somewhere less stressful...It's no fun getting tied to one job and couldn't find any other H1b sponsor these days. When I talked to the recruiter I let them know I could start looking in April, but with the huge delay in combo card AND no status update in RFE response, now I lost faith.

Call the NSCS.

They will help you out or at least tell you than what most of us can here as this seems to be a rare situation

Thanks for clarifying @harhad. I called NSCS and I have been told that it can take anywhere from 30-45 for the case to show up on the USCIS case status website.  On a different note,  I am still waiting for my Biometrics notice. Its been more than a week since I got the hard copy of NOA.  Is there an average time to get the biometrics notice? Does anyone know about it based on experience?

(EB1 India- I-140 approved with a PD 06/26/2017)

02/15/2018-  mailed through Fedex I-485, I-131,I-765 (Phoenix USCIS Lockbox) ( For me and my wife)

02/20/2018 - Package delivered to Phoenix USCIS lockbox

03/02/2018 - NOA1 text/email received ( Received 6 notifications 3 for Me and 3 for my wife). My case has been assigned to Nebraska processing center

03/07/2018 - Hard copy of NOA received in the mail

Waiting for Biometrics notice

Another clarification that I am trying to seek is the confusion on the 'Processing Cases as of Date' field on the USCIS processing time for different service centers. Is this the date the case was received by USCIS or are the cases that have a priority date on or before the date listed. I have a I-485, I-131 and I-765.

Nebraska service center is processing I-485 Employment-based adjustment applications as of May 2,2017. This update is as of Jan 31,2018.  So what does this date mean? Is it PD date or case received date.

Also since I filed my I-131 and I-765 with AOS will it be associated with my pending I-485 or processed separately based on the current processing date ( I-131 is Oct 16,2017 and I-765 is Nov 1, 2017).  Do I-131 and I-765 have any priority dates associated with it?

I know there are lot of questions but I would really appreciate if someone can provide clarification on my queries.

8 days passed since mine delivered. No update yet. It seems like they stopped updating for Response received from Mar 7, starting from MSC189054**** there weren't any response received updated yet.

(Changing fourth and fifth digit will get you results in different filed date)

Any update on your case yet?

Just got out of my biometrics appointment! It took about 10 minutes or less in Revere, MA. I was there 30 minutes early (I’m always paranoid about being late) I filled out a form they had, and I was in and out within 10 minutes! :) next stop EAD. I had to refile it since I used an old form so mine will be coming in later than everyone else’s unfortunately :( it delivered last week. Also forgot to include the G1145 oops so I won’t know if they accepted it or not until I get a letter in the mail.

Okay, I will but it looks like we weren’t supposed to submit the original RFIE letter per information from another filer here who did included a photocopy of the RFIE with the response  on March 12th and got an update on status today

I think that doesn't matter, they said either original or copy is acceptable.

Let's wait and see.

Exactly! It feels like I can't do anything without SSN! Once we get SSN we can start getting those additional bona fide marriage evidence that we can bring to the interview! Unfortunately I think my ead and SSN might get delayed because I got an rfie, and I have not sent the response back since I'm waiting on the documents feom the joint sponsor. Just can't wait to work right now...

Yes... The problem is that even if you try to have everything fast you have to wait for the times of people helping you... I hope you dont have a big delate in your proccess for that... I feel lucky because my case status hasnt change I am now just waiting and my last update was the courtesy letter...
