Okay thanks ... Im just gonna update you guys with my timeline

02/02/18 Package Delivered

02/14/18 First NOA

02/28/18 Biometrics NOA

03/06/2018 Biometrics Done

03/09/2018 RFE Issued (Status change in USCIS website from Finger print Fee to RFE)

I would be suprised if it has anything to do with I-864 because we have a joint sponsor as my wife doesnt meet the requirements after deductions .

It's weird that yours is RFE not an RFIE. Is the status "Request for Initial Evidence was Mailed" or "Resquest for Additional Evidence was Mailed"?

Most of the time it's related to improper filled forms, notarized and translated birth certificate, passport photos, marriage certificave vs marriage license, and notorious i-864 questions.

Mine was mailed out on a Monday and arrived on Saturday.

Don’t get discourage you can do this. Just get the right checks again as I stated before the right amount of fees current on the website.

All you need to do is refile Asap. Don’t feel downhearted this thread is here to help

Hello Guys , I was searching online to see what could my RFE be & seems like USCIS is issuing RFE's mainly based on employment and medical forms , I still dont know what my RFE is but here's the link which I came across which might be informative

All you can do is wait... mine was the fact that my husband made less than 125% after the deductions. So thats one that i guess a lot of people make... he makes enough but they want to see what is left over.

Hello folks, I just wanna find out whether those who have already submitted their RFIE responses have seen any updates on their case trackers. If yes, how long did it take after their responses were delivered to USCIS? Well, my response was delivered today and I wonder when I could get a notification or when they will resume work again on my case.

8 days passed since mine delivered. No update yet. It seems like they stopped updating for Response received from Mar 7, starting from MSC189054**** there weren't any response received updated yet.

(Changing fourth and fifth digit will get you results in different filed date)
